Is the Big Panto Adventure suitable for all ages?
The Big Panto Adventure will be great fun for everyone over the age of 3
Can babes in arms and children three and under enter?
Unfortunately, children under three will not be admitted
Can I buy tickets on the door?
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance, and when booked must contain full contact details for track and trace.
Do I have to arrive at the correct time?
Strict time slots apply and therefore guests should arrive 10 minutes before the entry time shown on their ticket/confirmation email. Guests who arrive late will not be admitted
Can children come to the Big Panto Adventure on their own?
No, all under sixteens must be accompanied by an Adult
How many people can book for a time slot?
A maximum of 6 people may be in any one party. Parties of less than 6 may be asked to join with others to make a social bubble group.
How long will my visit to the Big Panto Adventure last?
The tour will take approximately 60 mins to walk around and additional time may be needed if our refreshment areas and merchandise stalls are open.
Is car parking available on site?
No, however there are several pay and display car parks within easy distance of the Theatre.
What Covid safety measures will be in place?
HCA is taking additional measures to ensure everyone’s safety and lower the risk of Covid-19 transmission. However, the risk cannot be completely eliminated and therefore by attending an event you accept this risk and confirm that HCA has taken all necessary and appropriate precautions.
If I am vulnerable or have been advised to shield, can I still attend?
HCA advises that you consider your circumstances carefully before attending the event.
Will I need to wear a face mask whilst attending the event?
During your time at the event face coverings will be required. Exceptions to this rule are those under the age of 11 and those adults who are exempt (please bring proof of any exemptions)
Is the Big Panto Adventure accessible for all?
Whilst the Concordia Theatre can usually accommodate wheelchair users, unfortunately, due to the nature and layout of the Big Panto Adventure, there are steps and steep ramps at various points along the route, we are unable to admit wheelchairs or those that would need assistance with walking on this occasion. Please contact the box office for further information.
What is your ‘Covid 19 Guarantee’?
All events are subject to the latest government guidance on events and performance. As such events may be cancelled or postponed at short notice. If an event is cancelled the usual refund policy applies (see standard terms and conditions). If an event is cancelled HCA will endeavour to re-arrange or refund the cost of tickets (processing fees are non-refundable).
